At Life is Ruff Golden Retrievers LLC we love helping people find the perfect new addition for their families. We are a small breeder located in North Port, Florida, focusing on temperament but also producing all colors of golden retrievers. We usually have 1-3 litters a year.  Our dogs are treated like family. They swim daily, run freely on our fenced 3-acres, enjoy golf cart rides, the beach, socializing with people and animals, going to stores and finding themselves snuggled up with us in bed at night. We breed responsibly and pay special attention to minimizing the known hereditary diseases by having all our parent animals fully health tested. All dogs are required to have CHIC, DNA, PennHip and OFA testing on their eyes, heart, hips and elbows in order to be considered for our breeding program.  All of our dogs are titled in obedience/temperament such as CGC, CGCA with some having additional performance titles such as BCAT, DS, FTN and FTI.  All of the puppies are raised in our home, experience all types of positive exposures and are heavily socialized by the time they go to their forever families.
