At Life is Ruff Golden Retrievers LLC we love helping people find the perfect new addition for their families. We are a small breeder located in North Port, Florida, specializing in all colors of golden retrievers. We usually have 1-3 litters a year. Our dogs are treated like family. They swim daily, run freely on our fenced 3-acres, enjoy golf cart rides, the beach, socializing with people and animals, going to stores and finding themselves snuggled up with us in bed at night. We breed responsibly and pay special attention to minimizing the known hereditary diseases by having all our parent animals fully health tested. All dogs are required to have DNA, PennHip and OFA testing on their eyes, heart, hips and elbows in order to be considered for our breeding program. All of our dogs are titled in CGC, CGCA. All of the puppies are raised in our home, experience all types of positive exposures and are heavily socialized by the time they go to their forever families.

Both Copper and Aspen are titled in CGC/CGCA. Aspen is DNA clear and has OFA excellent hips, normal elbows, normal heart and normal eyes. She comes from amazing championship backgrounds. Copper is also DNA clear, CHIC certified with OFA good hips, normal elbows, normal heart and normal eyes. He also has PennHip testing with results in the top 5% for goldens in the country!
Aspen had 4 beautiful, healthy pups- 2 male (green and orange collars) and 2 female (blue and purple collars). Puppies are expected to be a medium to dark gold color.
